SARAJEVO, August 19 (FENA) – The Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina (CEC BiH) has begun distributing ballots to more than 45,000 voters who will vote by mail from abroad in the 2026 General Election, while also carrying out other election-related activities, including publishing the certified candidate lists for the upcoming election.
