Atlantic Council: Washington and Brussels must bridge their differences over BiH

WASHINGTON, August 20 (FENA) – The inability of the United States and its European partners to agree on a new High Representative for Bosnia and Herzegovina reflects significantly deeper differences in their visions for the future of BiH and the role of the international community in the country, Atlantic Council analysts Amanda Thorpe and Olivia Olson said.
