Forto: Major changes with stricter driver training, permanent registration cards and Euro 6 standard

SARAJEVO, September 25 (FENA) – The introduction of a permanent vehicle registration certificate, the abolition of the vehicle ownership certificate, stricter criteria for driver and driving instructor training, and a ban on importing passenger cars below the Euro 6 standard starting next year are part of a package of amendments to bylaws presented today by Bosnia and Herzegovina Minister of Communications and Transport Edin Forto.
