MOSTAR, October 8 (FENA) – A working meeting was held at the FBiH Ministry of Culture and Sports in Sarajevo to mark the completion of the process of collecting, processing and preparing documentation required for the inscription of the knowledge and skills of making and preserving cheese in a sack on the Preliminary Open List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was emphasized that the knowledge and skills of making and preserving cheese in a sack represent much more than a production technology.
