SARAJEVO, June 28 (FENA) – In recent years, the Sarajevo Memorial Center has focused on developing infrastructure, educational programs, scientific research, and the digitalization of remembrance culture. According to director Ahmed Kulanić, the goal is to implement individual but interconnected projects and create a long-term system that preserves the truth about the defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the aggression against the country, and the siege of Sarajevo, making it accessible to future generations. In the first five months of 2026 alone, Tunnel D-B (Tunnel of Hope) welcomed around 58,000 visitors.
