SARAJEVO, July 10 (FENA) – Genocide does not begin with the first bullet—it begins with language, Dr. Dalia Fahmy, Professor of Political Science and Director of the International Relations and Diplomacy Program at Long Island University Brooklyn, told FENA, emphasizing that the experience of Srebrenica must remain a lasting warning to the world about the dangers of dehumanization, hate speech, and political denial.
