SARAJEVO, June 3 (FENA) – Although the international community and the Office of the High Representative (OHR) made mistakes during the implementation of the Dayton Peace Agreement, and certain interventions raised political and moral dilemmas, the use of Bonn powers was necessary for Bosnia and Herzegovina to acquire the basic elements of a functional state, historian and expert on international interventions Kristóf Gosztonyi told FENA in an interview ahead of the Peace Implementation Council (PIC) session on June 3–4, where the successor to High Representative Christian Schmidt is expected to be discussed.
